Volga abrasive plant (1C Logistics: Management of a warehouse)

Description

In a warehouse of fire-resistant products of "Volzhsky of the abrasive plant" the system of address storage based on the software product "1C Logistics is put into commercial operation: Management of warehouse 3.0".

The management of JSC Volga Abrasive Plant made the decision to implement the system of address storage in a new warehouse of fire-resistant products. As such system it was decided to apply the program "1C Logistics: Management of warehouse 3.0" using the module of connection of radio terminals. Specialists of Direct Project LLC together with the staff of JSC Volga Abrasive Plant successfully coped with a task.

The warehouse is serviced by the operator of a warehouse and the operator of the loader. As the data collection terminals (DCT) Symbol MS-3000 radio terminals are used.

During project works business processes of acceptance, storage and issue of products, the document flow corresponding to business processes and schemes of information flows were developed. All warehouse transactions which are made in this warehouse are automated, exchange with the main accounting system implemented earlier based on the program "1C: Enterprise 7.7 is organized. Production + Services + Accounting".

The warehouse topology, technique of marking of products and warehouse cells is developed. After installation an oborudovniya for collecting and information transfer by factory services specialists Direct project executed its adjustment and test operation. The initial software product is adapted in relation to features of technology of the plant in the following parts:

• optimization of technology of placement of products in connection with features of the organization of storage of products
• techniques of the managed selection of products
• accounting of floating product quantity in packaging
• improvements of ergonomics

During trial operation of a system personnel training is provided. The operation manual on a system for the operator of a warehouse and the loader driver is made.

Commissioning of a system of address storage based on program 1C Logistics is blown ": Management of warehouse 3.0" allows to increase reliability and efficiency of information on placement of products in a warehouse, to reduce time for issue of required products and idle time of motor transport.
