The G Data Software AG company proposes the solution G Data MobileSecurity providing a comprehensive protection for smartphones and tablet PCs based on Android OS.

With the product G Data MobileSecurity smartphones and tablet PCs will receive protection against penetration of a malicious code and malware, developers claim. The integrated controlling module checks all applications and prevents sending undesirable Sms or unauthorized Internet access.

According to G Data, the new solution of security for all smartphones and tablet PCs with the Android operating system includes a broad spectrum of functions. So, G Data MobileSecurity provides effective protection and security at mobile surfing and telephone conversations. The special module controls applications for commission of calls, sending the SMS or use on the Internet. Using G Data MobileSecurity users can protect the registration accounts and also personal information (messages, e-mails or photos) from viruses, net worms, the Trojan, espionage and other malware.

Among the key G Data MobileSecurity functions it is possible to note: check on availability of malware on demand, management of "black list" for applications, control of all installed applications, updating through Android software updates.
