The CUSTIS company starts the project for Gazprombank

The CUSTIS company developed an automated system "The general ledger of bank" (Ledger) for JSC Gazprombank. A system is created for support of centralized accounting.

Implementation of Ledger is performed within the comprehensive program of upgrade of an information structure of Gazprombank. One of its tasks — to create the mechanism of integration interaction of information systems in the conditions of a difficult IT landscape. During the project CUSTIS developers gradually replace a part of the existing systems to reduce risk of failures of business processes of bank upon transition to the target component integrated IT architecture.

"Ledger" represents a node in which information from automated systems of separate divisions meets, and performs the following functions:

• Provides the automated centralized execution of account policy within multifilial bank. Maintaining in Ledger of such objects as working charts of accounts, reference books of kontirovka, reference books with numbering rules and namings of personal accounts, allow, in combination with the developed control mechanisms to monitor observance of the rules and restrictions imposed by account policy of bank.
• Accumulates basic data on cash flow on personal accounts, providing data of flows of accounting documents from other automated banking systems of Gazprombank and formation of a single stream of postings.
• Gives the chance to manage trading day of bank, to perform monitoring of activity of branches.

Use of the advanced technology platforms provides long duration and scalability of the solution, and in combination with modern agile-methodologies of development — its flexibility and high quality. "Ledger" fully implements requirements of bank for development of functionality of a system. It is reached thanks to regular demonstration of intermediate results to representatives of Gazprombank and also fast reaction to change of functional requirements and priorities.
