1C:VDGB program: The management reporting from the accountant is the complete solution developed on 1C: Enterprise platform 8.2 and intended for automation of management accounting of the small enterprises in which maintaining and formation of the management reporting lies on the accountant.

On the basis of accounting data 1C:VDGB program: The management reporting from the accountant allows the accountant:

  • organize conducting management accounting,
  • receive forms of the financial management reporting,
  • plan budgets,
  • obtain data from external information systems.

The configuration is created first of all for use by accountants of the enterprises to whose duties both conducting accounting and tax accounting, and drawing up budgets, and formation of the financial management reporting at the enterprise at the same time belongs.

Functionality of the 1C:VDGB program: The management reporting from the accountant

Use of the chart of accounts of management accounting

For conducting management accounting in a configuration there is preset managerial chart of accounts which can be supplemented with new accounts. This chart of accounts is similar to the commonly accepted chart of accounts of accounting. Each transaction in a system is made out by wiring which changes indicators of 2 interconnected accounts.

Import of actual data from the accounting systems

1C:VDGB configuration: The management reporting from the accountant has ample opportunities on import of data from the external accounting systems. An opportunity for import of data from the accounting systems based on 1C: Enterprise 7.7 and 1C:Enterprise 8 is provided. Settings of import for standard configurations 1C: Accounting 8 and 1C: Trade Management 8 and also versions of these programs on platform 7.7, are preset in a system and do not require additional actions of the user. When importing data a system allows to carry out directory synchronization of different information bases.

Additional manual entry of data directly in a system

Except the loaded data, a system allows to enter the data which are absent in accounting, manually. At the same time the mechanism similar to the document "Transaction", accounting is used.

Use of set of standard accounting reports for data analysis of management accounting

A system allows the accountant to use usual report forms for data analysis, considered on the managerial chart of accounts. The following report forms are provided in a system: The turnover balance sheet, the Turnover balance sheet on the account, Account analysis, an account Card.

Calculation of managerial cost value of the made products (for production)

Often there is a need to calculate cost value of products by the nomenclature. However the accounting system used at the enterprise does not allow to do it. Besides, often it is necessary for the purposes of management accounting to change an order of reflection of costs at cost accounting, to consider additional costs and other.

1C:VDGB program: The management reporting from the accountant allows to make calculation of managerial cost value, as on the basis of the data obtained from external accounting bases and on the basis of the entered data.

It is provided in the program:

  • introduction of specifications on the made products,
  • write-off of materials on regulations,
  • overhead allocation
  • and the other mechanisms allowing to calculate managerial cost value of products and to analyze production efficiency.

Possibility of input of planned information for maintaining budgets: Income and expense budget, BDDS

Except the loaded data, a system allows to enter the data which are absent in accounting, manually. Management accounting at the enterprise usually is data source for a budgeting system. Data of management accounting are used as for planning of budgets, so for control of their execution and the subsequent variance analysis. A system allows to conduct planning of budgets in the same form in which management accounting, using the same reference books and mechanisms of calculation of a financial result is kept. Also a system allows to carry out the plan-fact analysis of execution of budgets. In a system the BDR standard forms (Income and expenditure budget) and BCF (Budget of Cash Flow) which if necessary can be changed by users are configured.

Management reporting (profit and loss statement, report on the movement of money, balance), reporting plan/fact

In addition to reports on an income and expense budget and BDDS, a system allows to create such forms of the management reporting as "Profit and loss statement" and "Managerial balance". Techniques of formation of reports are also set by default. If necessary users of a system can change both formats of reports, and algorithms of their filling.

Operational management of money, formation of payment schedules

Cash management is a simple and clear control method of efficiency of activity of the enterprise. For implementation of this managerial function in a system there are mechanisms of formation of payment schedules.

The mechanism allows to create the general list of the available invoices for payment and internal requests for a funds expenditure, to plan payments by payment dates, checking accounts and/or cash desks of the enterprise. Except operational formation of payment schedules a system allows to carry out the plan-fact analysis of budget implementation of cash flow.

A set of forms of the indicative reporting for the head

The block of the indicative reporting is developed for fast assessment of activity of the enterprise in a system. This type of the reporting the predriyatiya gives an opportunity to the management to estimate key performance indicators of the company literally "one look" as outputs information in a convenient graphic type. The indicative reporting includes the following reports – the Report on income (revenue from sales), Stock analysis (by all types of stocks of Inventories), the Analysis of receivables and payables, the Analysis of movements and balances in cash.

It is possible to look at each of reports in dynamics and also to unroll in addition on analytics and to trace the specific reasons which caused changes of this or that indicator.

Existence of standard settings and possibility of independent setup of report forms and algorithms of their filling

For quick start of a system, it includes all necessary settings:

  • The main reference books (the chart of accounts of management accounting, the reference book of economic transactions, reference books of closing of accounts) are completed;
  • Method of calculation of cost value and calculation of a financial result are set;
  • Forms of the budget of cash flow, the income and expenditure budget, the profit and loss statement, balance and algorithms of their filling are created;
  • Mechanisms of fast connection to standard accounting bases on the 1C Platform are configured.

These settings of a system by default allow to begin to work in a system without tiresome preliminary filling of reference books, forms, rules and methods of work. At the same time existence of instruments of additional setup allows to make at the user level changes to standard forms and algorithms.
