To system implementation the company worked on 'minimaksovy' technology within which orders formed manually, proceeding from the planned minimum trade stocks at the level of 5 days and maximum — 20 days. In a new system the draft of the order with which the employee of shop should agree or correct, and then send further on processing, in RTs automatically forms. The project started in March, 2010, in October the first shops, and at the end of December — already 685 were connected. The supported range of goods — about 2500 units, renewability — at the level of 35 — 40%. As a result of implementation of a new system reduction of trade stocks for 15 — 18% was reached, the uniformity of loading of distribution centers is provided, risks of personnel are significantly reduced. Daily a system creates about 28 thousand orders for shops, and only two persons manage system parameters in use.
