IP Limarenko (BIT: Management of Car service 8)

The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) completed program installation "BIT: Management of car service and car showroom 8" for automation of work of IP Limarenko car service.

As a result considerably performance of personnel increased and the profitability of the company in general increased.

At the time of implementation the organization already used the 1C: Accounting 8 and 1C: Trade Management 8 programs for accounting in shop of spare parts. In car service it was necessary to automate conducting inventory accounting and work of the service advisor. The program which will allow to keep account of stock balance, at the same time to avoid overstocking of a warehouse and to monitor its operational replenishment was required. It was necessary to control the statement of the document of the order, to calculate salary to personnel taking into account specifics of business.

The program "BIT was selected: Management of car service and car showroom 8" as it as much as possible meets business needs and has available implementation cost, besides allows to calculate salary taking into account specifics of business.

The partner in implementation selected 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) as it has necessary competences for automation of the enterprises of the motor transportation industry.

The analytical block of the program allows to obtain all necessary information quickly. For the head remote access to the system of car service was configured in order that there was an opportunity quickly to manage the enterprise.

In a project deliverable the order was succeeded to control quickly the statement of the document, to provide interaction of a warehouse with spare parts and car service. In the solution account of the performed works is kept, history on repair of each car is stored, control over the movement and write-off of spare parts is exercised. As a result of the project employees managed to calculate quickly salary taking into account specifics of business.
