Mery Belle (BIT: Beauty 8)

The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) automated the cosmetic center "Mery Belle" using the software product "BIT: Beauty 8. PROF". In a project deliverable it was succeeded to increase customer service quality, to exclude overstocking of a warehouse and regrading.

For the company it is very important to service clients qualitatively. Earlier in the company accounting was kept in the 1C: Accounting 8 program. For registration of customer relations used spreadsheets and notebooks of registration that was labor-consuming and took away a lot of time, often there were errors at collection of information. The quality of work with clients was required to raise the companies, to reduce temporary and labor costs by conducting the regulated and management accounting. It was necessary to exclude overstocking of a warehouse and an excessive consumption of materials, to improve the system of assessment of activity of personnel. Besides, for the management it was important to improve quality of work with clients, to raise personnel labor productivity.

For solving of tasks of the company the product "BIT was selected: Beauty 8. PROF" as he allows to keep the regulated, managerial and operational account in uniform base.

The 1C: Accounting and Trade company was selected (BIT) for project implementation as it has necessary competences for automation of the enterprises of the service industry. Specialists installed the software product, helped when entering opening balances, setup of the program and its integration with other systems, provided personnel training. In a project deliverable 6 jobs are automated.

Project Results:

• There was an opportunity to store a contact information about the client, the history of visits. Now it is easy to trace regular customers and to provide them discounts. Besides, became possible to keep record of visitors taking into account loading of masters. All this allowed to increase customer service quality.
• Thanks to accounting of the nomenclature on storage locations and accounting of the minimum remaining balance of materials overstocking of a warehouse and an excessive consumption of materials is excluded. The reminder on need of purchases of products is configured that allowed to order quickly necessary products for work.
• It is quickly controlled over cash flow and payments.
• There was an opportunity to keep account of the rendered services and sales that allowed to analyze the most perspective directions of salon.
