In MUZ "The central district hospital Kirishi" (Leningrad Region) proceeds implementation of KIIS

The "End-to-end Medical Information Systems" company announces holding an exit 3-day educational seminar for users and system administrators of central district hospital Kirishi of the Leningrad Region.

The project of automation of central district hospital Kirishi is executed by our regional partner in the Leningrad Region, Lank Sistems company). The project was started at the beginning of 2011. Implementation of KIIS began with the adult clinic which is a part of MUZ "Central district hospital" Kirishi. Lately specialists Lank Sistems execute primary training of registrars, local therapists and narrow specialists, nurses, employees of diagnostic divisions, heads of out-patient and polyclinic service.

Implementation of KIIS was made for 50 jobs. At the moment in a system 45 health workers work: the information system includes therapeutic and treatment-and-prophylactic sections, diagnostic department, laboratory and administration of clinic. In clinics basic functions of a system - registration of patients, call acceptance of doctors for the house, electronic schedules of work of specialists are used. Doctors master electronic document management – maintaining primary documentation, the direction on inspection, create protocols of diagnostic testings. A keen interest of doctors was attracted by a possibility of automation of dispensary observation of patients.

During the period the visit of the specialist of K-MIS company to central district hospital for profound user training and the help to the partner company in development of this project took place from May 18 to May 20. In particular, additional training for medical personnel was devoted to the most important functionality of a system in the following directions:

• creation of secondary medical documents - the most complete contents of documents, improvement of their quality, use of templates;
• work with the document "Call of the Doctor on the House" - improvement of interaction of registrars with attending physicians;
• work with the Medical examination program - complete interactive status monitoring of medical examination, including receiving at any moment of operational information on dispensary group.

Taking into account specific conditions the joint plan of further deepening of automation of work of municipal clinic is made. Work Lank Sistems on implementation, training and trial operation of a system received positive assessment of our company. The activity of administration of clinic and interest of medical personnel in simplification of maintaining documentation and a possibility of quality improvement of rendering medical services is also mentioned by specialists.
