Single system of payroll of 52 budgetary institutions in the Centralized accounting No. 5 of Irkutsk

Specialists of 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) created a single system for payroll of 52 budgetary institutions in the Centralized accounting No. 5 Irkutsk.

The project executed based on "1C: Payroll and a budget institution staff 8" and "by 1C: The chronograph Tariffing for the accountant PROF", integrated 19 jobs. As a result time of payroll more than 2500 employees of state institutions was reduced by 4 times, personnel labor costs significantly decreased, accounting errors are liquidated.

The Centralized Accounting No. 5 municipal authority on ensuring activity of municipal educational institutions of Irkutsk is engaged in salary accrual for 52 budget organizations of the city and money transfer on plastic cards of staff of organizations. Timely calculation and payment of remuneration for work more than 2500 employees of child care educational institutions of the city depends on work of the Central Bank No. 5.

The centralized accounting performs calculations of charges for 12 working schedules for the organizations of different level of complexity of personnel structure (schools, kindergartens, organizations of additional education of children). The used earlier software solution had limited opportunities, did not provide necessary functionality for calculation of average earnings, report generation for the tax inspection and public foundations. Many labor-consuming procedures had to be performed manually, there were errors in accounting. The program which would allow to use different types of tariffing, to structure and simplify settlement processes, to analyze work and to keep track of correctness of charges was required.

For creation of such system the solutions "1C: Payroll and budget institution staff 8" and "were selected by 1C: The chronograph Tariffing for the accountant". Implementation was performed by specialists of 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) which has the status of Competence Center on budget accounting. The new information system was implemented in 3 months and provided convenient payroll according to 12 working schedules for 2574 employees from 52 budgetary institutions.

Project Results:

• Payroll for the organizations is executed 4 times quicker now. Calculations for which the staff of the Central Bank No. 5 spent 3-4 days earlier are executed less now, than in a day.
• Risks of emergence of errors in accounting are reduced to zero. Now practically all main calculations form in a new system automatically.
• Employees of state institutions receive from the Central Bank No. 5 of payment for the sick-lists, a vacation pay and other charges forming by calculation of average earnings much quicker.
• Operational formation and transfer to state bodies of the regulated reporting which is completely corresponding to the legislation of the Russian Federation is provided. The management of the organization always possesses exact and operational information about activity of the Central Bank No. 5.

Korotayeva Natalya Evgenyevna is the chief of the Centralized accounting No. 5: "We are happy with work of specialists of 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT). In a project deliverable we managed to reduce several times time of payroll, holiday, hospital and not only. Our employees underwent specialized training in work with a new system in BIT company and successfully use the received skills. Further we are going to cooperate on information technically support of the program and also to implement the 1C:Reports 8 PROF systems and "1C: Budget Institution Accounting".
