Lengazspetsstroy implements the automation system of accounting of documents of archive fund "Arkhivnoye Delo" (EOS Group)

JSC Lengazspetsstroy expands scales of system implementation of electronic document management. The project is kept by Ofis-Dok company - the Golden partner of EOS Group.

In 2008 after attentive studying of different offers, for the organization of an electronic document management system the CASE system was selected. For last years, specialists of Ofis-Dok company in JSC Lengazspetsstroy automated 148 jobs of EDMS "DELO". All main objectives of office, business processes of creation, approval and accounting of the general administrative documents are automated.

In 2011 the management of JSC Lengazspetsstroy, made the decision on system implementation of the automated accounting of documents of archive fund – "ARCHIVING".

This system will allow to execute all operations on service of paper archives of the organization, to organize accounting of different types of documents, storage not only cards of documents, but also electronic images of documents (texts / the scanned images).

At the enterprise also search of affairs and documents in any details of cards and also details of the specific description of documents, including search in the text of the attached files will be used. Work through deleted will be conducted besides (through the Internet/intranet) access to electronic images put also documents with flexible differentiation of the rights.

Today Lengazspetsstroy one of leading enterprises of Russia in the field of construction gas - oil and product lines, stations of an underground gas storage, compressor and distribution stations, JSC Gazprom providing implementation of large investment and construction projects. Total number of staff of the company exceeds 5000 people today.
