The Spargo Technologies company announces automation of pharmacy chain of Tula "That! Drugstore" efarma2 software product.
"That! Drugstore" - the pharmacy chain working at the territory of Tula, for the beginning of implementation consisting of 10 drugstores. During automation two new outlets which were connected to network at once were open. Thus, the efarma2 software product is unrolled in central office and 12 pharmaceutical institutions.
Prior to work about Spargo Technologies in network "That! Drugstore" there was software solution of other Russian developer. However, need of work for a common information space of Rigla required transfer to a specialized software "efarma2".
The head of a technical support team of Spargo Technologies Ltd Andrey Sergeyevich Ionov tells about the carried-out works: "To us a condition of transfer of drugstores on the new software with the minimum temporary loss was set. According to requirements of the customer idle time of drugstores should not have exceeded two hours. We coped with assigned tasks, and all outlets were connected in the shortest possible time".
Staff of Ta samaya! Apteka LLC uses a configuration "efarma2-Centralny office" and "Efarma2-drugstore" on the basis of which business process management of network according to uniform standards Rigla is constructed. Double-sided data exchange between the central office and pharmaceutical institutions allows to obtain quickly information on sales, trade inventories and to prepare the analytical reporting.
The Remaining Balance of Network add-on module allows employees to see online a remaining balance of medicines in all outlets and in a warehouse. And the druggist at the checkout can provide to clients the reference information about availability of medicines in network. For usage time of the module "Requirement Formation" increase in efficiency of assortment planning, process optimization of purchases and minimization of trade inventories was mentioned. For quality control of the credited goods and withdrawal from turnover of counterfeited series of medicines the module "Counterfeits" is used.
