The federal notarial chamber implements EDMS "Euphrates"

In the Federal Notarial Chamber (FNC) system implementation of electronic document management (EDMS) Euphrates began. For project implementation at the system developer — Cognitive Technologies — was purchased the license for simultaneous operation of 50 users, the "Fast Start + Templates + Avtoimport of Documents" configuration and the module "Web server". System implementation is executed by specialists of FNP.

Staff of FNP actively interacts with representatives of notarial chambers therefore they daily should process a large number of documents. In particular, the volume of correspondence which is annually considered in FNP exceeds 6 thousand documents. For this reason for increase in transparency of document flow and increase in efficiency and convenience of work of employees the president of FNP Maria Sazonova initiated implementation of EDMS.

After the analysis of several systems for workflow automation presented at the Russian market, specialists of FNP stopped the choice on EDMS "Euphrates". The functionality and simplicity of this system and also the affordable price, says Cognitive Technologies became the main factors which defined this solution.

Now using EDMS "Euphrates" in FNP the organization of uniform archive of electronic documents is already complete and accounting of the entering and outgoing correspondence is automated that, on a response of the customer, allowed to simplify work with documents and also many times to accelerate their search.

Further is going to begin works on automation of internal document flow of FNP. Thanks to the "Fast Start + Templates + Avtoimport of Documents" configuration in EDMS "Euphrates" there will be an opportunity to automatically register the documents which came to chamber in electronic or paper (after scanning) a type and also to quickly create standard documents on the basis of the templates created in Microsoft Word (agreements, outgoing letters, memos, etc.).

On project deliverables on implementation of EDMS "Euphrates" in FNP the decision on replication of a system in notarial chambers of the subjects of the Russian Federation can be made.
