The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) completed a system implementation project "BIT:CRM 8" at the PKF TEHNOLIT enterprise. In a project deliverable of the company it was succeeded to increase customer service quality.
The PKF TEHNOLIT company is among leaders in production of casting and the equipment in the Urals. The organization makes qualitative products from cast iron, steel and non-ferrous metals for the enterprises of the machine-building and mining industries.
The management cares for customer service quality improvement therefore the system allowing to consider all history of customer interaction quickly was required to respond to all requests of buyers and to quickly process orders. In the company the accounting records were prepared in the program based on "1C: Enterprise 7.7", and the customer accounting and the relations with them was kept in spreadsheets. Because of input of large volume of information and lack of data exchange about payments of clients between the accounting program and tables of accounting there were errors. Besides, it was difficult to management to control work of sales managers and to reveal responsible that worsened customer service quality.
In an analysis result of the market of software products the solution "by BIT:CRM 8" as it answers tasks of business of the enterprise was selected and has optimal implementation cost.
