OTP Bank became the client of NIIPS

In May Federal State Unitary Enterprise NIIPS signed the agreement with JSC OTP Bank. According to it NIIPS "Lot-based mail" will render services in technical support of the module "Premail Preparation" of the Application Program Package (APP). These services include installation of the module, consultation of users of the customer concerning operation of the software product, providing updates of a system and instructing on them.

Work of Bank is followed by considerable correspondence with clients which sending requires formation of the accompanying documentation on the mailings directed by batches. The installed software product will allow to reduce labor input of operations on preparation of correspondence for sending, to automate process of interaction with post office.

PPP "Lot-based Mail" is intended for business process automation of acceptance of a large number of departures ("lot-based acceptance") at corporate clients. The module "Premail Preparation" provides formation of data on the registered mailings, their automatic tariffing, control of uniqueness of the mail identifier at acceptance of the mailing, export of data in the formats set by Russian Post. PPP "Lot-based Mail" is in free access and its use by the unlimited group of people is authorized the owner – FGUP Russian Post.
