Pavlovsky of the Order of Honour of art hardware of Kirov (1C: Enterprise 8.0)

For the purpose of increase in system effectiveness of management of plant's management the decision on creation of the unified information system of management adequate to modern requirements was made: the new information management system should provide the general information space for accounting activity of key services of the enterprise, meet requirements of transparency and traceability of productive activity, to provide a possibility of operational formation of the regulated reporting and to be the flexible platform allowing expansion of functionality for solving of tasks of management accounting. As a basis for creation of the information system meeting the imposed requirements the 1C: Enterprise platform and the solution "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management" was selected.

The task of project implementation of implementation of the selected software product taking into account specifics of the enterprise and qualifying standards to accounting was set for Konstanta company.

The following project objectives were defined:

• Automation of accounting at the enterprise using accounting services for operational registration of the facts of business activities.
• Automation of the detailed cost accounting and cost accounting of products.
• Automation of production accounting.

In the project progress the following podrvzdeleniye and departments of the enterprise were automated: Accounting; OOTIZ; OK; Technical department; Sales department; OMTS; Shop storerooms of semi-finished products and auxiliary materials.

In total in the project progress 60 jobs were automated.

Implementation of the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management software product allowed to lay the foundation for further development of the information management system by the enterprise.
