Implementation of 1C: Budget Institution Accounting at Institute of retraining and advanced training of the managerial personnel of Moscow

Specialists of 1C:VDGB company carry out automation of accounting activity in the Public Institution (PI) "Institute of retraining and advanced training of the managerial personnel and specialists of a system of social protection of the population of the city of Moscow" using the standard software product 1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8 on a technology platform 1C: Enterprise.

For the purpose of improvement of the accounting activity, the management of the organization selected the 1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8 program which allows to implement any scheme of accounting and can be used as it is autonomous, and together with other standard solutions 1C. Each section of accounting of a configuration is an autonomous, methodically verified fabrication cycle of accounting of separate types of property, means, obligations within a uniform standard configuration which provides obtaining all necessary primary accounting documents, registers of accounting and report forms.

The functionality of the program 1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8 allows:

• keep account for several organizations in uniform information base;
• messages of the isolated accounting by types of means;
• implement standard methodology of budget accounting for budgetary institutions according to the current legislation of the Russian Federation;
• provide accounting of authorization of expenses;
• keep account of transactions of finishing budget data and cash execution;
• provide the cash accounting, non-financial assets, accounting of settlings with suppliers and contractors;
• keep account of the public (municipal) contracts, other agreements which are subject to execution at the expense of budgetary funds and means from revenue-producing activities;
• keep automatic account of the VAT depending on account policy:
  • at the rates of 10%, 18%, settlement rates;
  • at the rate of 0%;

• at fulfillment of duties of the tax agent;
• from the installation and construction works performed for own consumption by an economic method according to the Tax Code of the Russian Federation;
• carry out automatic formation of the reporting.

Implementation 1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8 is carried out without significant changes of a standard configuration. 6 jobs are automated. Specialists of "1C:VDGB" held demonstrations, program installation and elementary education of users of 1C. Information and technology maintenance of the client is at the moment performed.
