Decision Support Systems based on simulation modeling

IPI TsPL specializes in development of simulation models of complex business processes and infrastructure facilities. The company performs development and deploymentof decision making support systems (DSS) on the basis of simulation modeling. At the same time all types of simulation modeling can be applied:

  • discrete and event (process) simulation modeling;
  • systems dynamics;
  • agentny modeling.

Under business processes of clients design of DSS on the basis of hybrid models with combination of different types of simulation modeling is possible. The developed DSS solutions are integrated with any CIS / ERP and bring decision making to qualitatively new level where dynamics of processes and also their possible fluctuations and deviations from planned targets is considered.

Planning and demand forecasting. Inventory management

IPI TsPL performs development of the software modules expanding functionality of some CIS / ERP in the field of inventory management and also forecasting and demand planning.

The company develops Inventory Control and Demand Planning & Forecasting complete solutions under needs of the client, and taking into account specifics of his business processes. These software tools considerably increase the accuracy of demand planning and effective management of stocks. Solutions allow on the horizons of tactical planning, i.e. in 4-6 months to begin to gain economic effect of their application. There is a reduction of unreasonably large supplies of nomenclature positions and release of excesses of the current assets frozen in stocks. Products storage costs when preserving required level of service are reduced, etc.
