INLINE Technologies announced in June, 2011 product output, the IT department intended for the organization of activity according to the best world practices — INLINE Cloud ITSM.

The product is own development of INLINE Technologies on the basis of the SaaS model (Software as a Service) and the CA Service Desk Manager software product.

INLINE Cloud ITSM completely corresponds to the principles of ITSM and in the minimum configuration provides automation of the most necessary processes of support: incident management, management of requests and knowledge management.

In addition to basic functionality of INLINE Cloud ITSM allows to automate such processes as: change management and releases, configuration management, event management, problem management and layer management of service, including management of the directory of services.

Enter a packet of INLINE Cloud ITSM:

  • ready regulations for basic processes of management of IT;
  • Software of CA Service Desk Manager 12.5, configured according to these regulations;
  • services in connection and training of key experts of the customer.

It is necessary to remind that distinctive property of the SaaS model is providing the software to the organization on a leasehold basis without ownership of software, infrastructure and other resources. It causes key feature of the product INLINE Cloud ITSM – transfer to use for the fixed subscription fee of the installed and completely configured automation equipment of a support service of IT.
