Biography

Was born on March 29, 1975 in Leningrad.

Graduated from the St. Petersburg State engineering and economic university.

In 2008 Sergey Fedorinov founded Ulmart together with Alexey Nikitin and then held a post of the CEO of the company. In July, 2016 Ulmart was the largest online store in Russia, according to Ruward and Data Insight.

In August, 2016 it became known that Sergey Fedorinov left the CEO's post, having transferred control to several top managers of the company. It was announced that Fedorinov intends to focus on new business projects, not business-related Ulmart.

Fedorinov did not specify in what sphere he intends to apply the competences now: "I always considered myself the head with a potential of a startup which I could implement completely in the context of the initial strategy of Ulmart. I accepted the offer to realize the ideas within new large-scale business projects and I leave a post of the CEO of the company".

The experience accumulated in Ulmart was the basis for author's 5х5 technology which within TsKB42 company where Sergey became one of founders, was finished for the company of small and medium business. Also within "TsKB42" Sergey teaches educational courses and trainings, strategic and personal sessions for entrepreneurs.

Besides, Sergey develops different projects where acts as the hired top manager, entering a command, and/or is one of owners. For example, since spring of 2019 holds a post of the director of digital development of Thermex company.
