Manzana Group completed setup of the solution for the social and political movement of Supporters of the United Russia Party. Created based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM, the solution helps supporters of a batch to manage effectively projects and initiatives, to establish close interaction with each other, creating own social network.

Supporters of the All-Russian batch United Russia is the independent social and political movement created for attraction to activity of the party of wide layers of citizens of Russia. The movement integrates the people separating the purposes and problems of a batch and ready to support its program and practical actions by deed, not by word. The organization of activity of supporters of a batch is performed: Central office of Supporters, Regional and Local Councils of Supporters of a batch.

Today the movement totals thousands of supporters of a batch across all Russia. To integrate all of them in unified information environment, to make project management of the movement accurate and transparent at all levels, the modern IT system was necessary. The management of the movement looked for the solution with the maximum degree of development of such functions as contact management and project managements. And at the same time – would have the high performance and sufficient flexibility to keep rapid development of the movement and rapid growth of number of his supporters.

As a basis for creation of such solution it was selected by Microsoft Dynamics CRM – the platform which is best conforming to all made demands. The Manzana Group company – the owner of the highest partner status Microsoft Gold Certified Partner became the partner in implementation. On the account at the company tens of successfully implemented CRM projects in the Russian market, including projects of federal scale. Manzana Group should configure and implement the specialized solution based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM, considering features of activity of the movement of Supporters.

First of all, the solution helps to organize work of governing bodies of the movement – Central Office of Supporters, Regional Councils of Supporters, Local Councils and also the special commissions on different questions.

With implementing solution structure of the movement have an opportunity to manage more fruitfully the activity – to organize actions, to manage the extensive database of supporters, to set tasks and to monitor their accomplishment. The solution allows to make work on places completely controlled and transparent. Using a system, any employee of council or committee has now an opportunity to trace the detailed history of project implementation and a contribution to implementation of each specific participant.

Other important scope of the solution – automation of activities for involvement of socially active citizens in work of the movement, in work on socially important initiatives and actions, stimulation of activity of supporters. Each supporter receives in the order a personal web office with a possibility of individual preferences by a number of parameters. With its help the participant of the movement can easily find adherents – supporters of a batch with similar interests, to communicate with them, to exchange the ideas and to independently implement joint initiatives – passing from words to affairs.

The solution is completely constructed on technologies of Microsoft – so, for creation of a user-friendly and evident interface of the Personal Account of the Supporter the Microsoft Silverlight technology is used. The staff of the Organizing committee of Central Office of Supporters became the first users of the solution. Ahead – process of distribution of the solution to Regional and Local Councils. Upon completion of process of connection to the system of Local and Regional Councils, the number of the jobs automated within the project will reach several hundred. And taking into account a total quantity of the participants of the movement connecting to a system through the Internet, the number of users will be calculated by thousands.
