The Manzana Group company having the highest partner status Microsoft - Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, completed the project on implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM in SPEKTRUM group, one of leading companies in the market of investment projects in the field of the real estate.
The group specializes in providing a full range of services when implementing projects of the real estate of different function: from industrial complexes and office buildings to shopping and entertainment centers. High-quality customer relationship management has paramount value for the Spektrum Group (G). Each project is in own way unique, and successful project implementation is impossible without individual approach to each investor and exact understanding of its tasks and requirements.
Process of entry into the project is difficult and mnogostupenchat. From the moment of search of the client and determination of its investment solvency before preparation of the offer and execution of the agreement there can pass several months. Each stage of the project is integrated to a complex of the necessary extra works requiring the document flow.
Until recently SPEKTRUM Group managed data array on work with clients and projects with the help of separate applications, using Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel as the database, and Microsoft Office Sharepoint Server – as storage for documents. However, with growth of number of clients and complication of projects, the company felt the need for more perfect IT tool.

The company stopped the choice on Microsoft Dynamics CRM as the solution best corresponding to assigned tasks and capable to be integrated into the current business processes of all company. The consulting company Manzana Group became the partner in implementation. When choosing the partner special attention was paid to capability of the company consultant not only to customize an information system, but also to render the methodological help with the organization of sales process at implementation of a new system.

The project allowed to automate all transactions of SPEKTRUM Group connected with sales: from holding marketing campaigns and document creation using templates before drawing up the flexible hours of payments under the contract considering payment types and any shifts in project terms. Special attention is paid to the block of "cross-selling" - additional sales to the current clients for which the separate agreement type is provided.
All actions on each client and the project are fixed in a system that at any time provides quick access to the complete history of relationship with the investor. The single database allows to address at any time complete and up-to-date information about each client, and are considered not only legal, but also individuals are a specific personnel in the companies investors, their current work location.
Thanks to integration with Microsoft Office Sharepoint Server, any document which is in storage is available directly from the user Microsoft Dynamics CRM form now. For the operational analysis of a situation with sales the convenient system of the OLAP reports is implemented.
