The fund of support of children implements the project development automation system

The fund of support of the children who are in a difficult life situation implements a management system for programs and projects in all regions of the Russian Federation.

Objectives

A system is intended for automation of business processes of Fund which are connected with preparation and monitoring of execution of the programs and projects financed by Fund. A system implements interaction between the staff of Fund and coordinators of programs and projects in all regions of Russia and provides:

• support of complete lifecycle of work with agreements and agreements on financing of programs and projects of Fund, including automation of their creation, approval and signing;

• support of complete lifecycle of acceptance of the reporting on the course of program implementation and the projects which got a financial support of Fund;

• maintaining information and analytical base for efficiency evaluation of activity of Fund.

A system provides maintaining uniform electronic archive of all documents connected with programs and projects including contains data on agreements and agreements of prisoners Fund since 2008. Important feature of the project is automatic formation of texts of agreements and agreements and annexes to them and also reporting documents in the Word and Excel format with a possibility of their further editing online.

Results

Since January, 2011 use of a system is conducted in the mode of commercial operation.
