The administration of the Mtsensk district equips school transport with the system of satellite monitoring

At the end of May the UNDS Oryol LLC company within a pilot project carried out equipment of school buses of the Mtsensk district of the Oryol region by the system of satellite monitoring.

Task

The purpose of implementation of a GLONASS/GPS of the equipment – increase in safety of transportations of pupils of average educational institutions from the residence to district schools.

Implementation

Vehicles are equipped with the system of satellite monitoring "Navigator-S" allowing to control movement of buses in real time and to react quickly in case of unforeseen situations. Together with navigation the equipment on school transport also the system preventing control of transport the driver with blood alcohol content was installed.

Feedback

• The project of equipment of school buses was initiated by district administration for the purpose of traffic security in transit of children, - the head of department of the general education of administration of the Mtsensk district Andrey Mezhnev comments. – Result of installation – constant control of the movement of buses along the planned routes, increase in driver's discipline and an exception of an ability to manage by the vehicle be drunk.
