The Ansoft company begins the project of complex business process automation of Internet-proyekty LLC owning online store selling buses and the disks Carrida.ru. The project is implemented using industry solution based on the AVARDA.ERP system and a customer relationship management system of AVARDA.CRM.

Start

  • The solution to implement a new information system for business management the management of Internet-proyekty LLC took numbers of orders and sales volumes because of growth. "When the number of orders exceeded several hundred a day, our old system ceased to cope with loading, and we seriously thought of its replacement, - the CEO of Internet-proyekty LLC Zhurkin Dmitry told. - Considering the different systems and options including independent completion of an accounting system to functionality necessary to us, we understood that much quicker and more economically will be to implement the ready-made full-function solution based on AVARDA proposed by Ansoft company.

Expectations

As a result of implementation of systems AVARDA.ERP AVARDA.CRM it is also going to build the reliable IT platform for support of dynamic business development Internet-proyekty LLC, to qualitatively improve process of interaction with buyers, to increase effective management of the range and trade inventories.

Milestones

The project is going to be implemented in two stages. First of all the Ansoft company automates all main business processes of Internet-proyekty LLC. Among them - vendor interaction, including orders and settlement, reservation of goods and tracking of a delivery status, wholesale and retail sales, accounting of contacts and planning of customer interaction, the statement of commodity documents, delivery of orders to buyers with tracking of all stages of execution and reporting of forwarding agents.

During the first stage integration of the AVARDA system into the program Asterisk IP PBX, a content management system (CMS) and also with an Internet show-window of Carrida.ru is planned. It will give the chance to the staff of Internet-proyekty LLC, receiving calls from clients, to instantly obtain detailed information on the history of interaction with them, to use the show-windows synchronized with the ERP system and also to automatically take orders from the website. The first stage is going to be completed in the summer of the current year.

Implementation of the block of the autoorder of the AVARDA.ERP system which will allow to execute the advancing replenishment of a warehouse on the most demanded goods taking into account statistics of sales, seasonality, marketing actions and other factors will become the second stage. Also at this stage the functionality for expanded work with programs of loyalty of buyers will be implemented.

Opinion

According to the deputy CEO of the company Ansoft Kirill Sinitsyn, the project is going to be implemented in most short time. "The functionality of systems AVARDA.ERP AVARDA.CRM is also completely ready to the forthcoming project therefore works will consist, generally in carrying out integration and user training", - he noted.
