JSB Almazergienbank and Intersoft Lab company start project implementation of system deployment of the class Business Performance Management (BPM) on the basis of the data warehouse Circuit.

Strategy

During the strategy implementation of development of bank focused on considerable improvement of qualitative indexes of business, JSB Almazergienbank made the decision on need of increase in level of management due to standardization of processes of accounting and the reporting, its transparency for shareholders and regulating authorities.

Solution

In anticipation of 2011 JSB Almazergienbank signed the agreement with Intersoft Lab company that laid the foundation for project implementation of system implementation of business performance management on the platform of the data warehouse Circuit of version 3.1 on Oracle DBMS. The created system will provide automation of problems of management accounting and cost accounting of banking products, efficiency evaluation of divisions, clients and client groups.

By this moment in bank all necessary works for system deployment of management of profitability are performed.

Implementation of the first stage of the project is carried out in the remote mode.
