Power objects of industrial and civil function which are again under construction and subject to expansion and technical retrofitting

TMM-Energobud Ltd provides as the general contractor and the general counteractor implementation of EPC contracts (Engineering, Procurement and Construction is detailed development, supply management and an object construction) in power of any "turnkey" complexity, including:

• Development of the project documentation:

• feasibility statement on investments

• project

• work documentation

• Carrying out survey works on the building site, conceptual/basic/detailed design, execution of all allowing documents

• Installation and construction works on a construction of the following objects:

• thermal power stations

• heating plants

• distribution substations

• cable systems up to 110 kV

• Complex supply of equipment
• Installation of equipment and secondary electric power supply systems
• Carrying out mounting and regime equipment checkout, warranty tests, delivery of a power facility in warranty, and then and in commercial operation, development of the system of quality control of the performed works and deliveries.
• Creation of infrastructure facilities, service maintenance after completion of construction
• For all performed works there are state licenses.

TMM-Energobud Ltd provides to the energy-generating companies technical solutions on improvement of management systems and complex automation based on the equipment of world leaders in this production area.

History

2006-2007

TMM-Energobud Ltd in 2006-2007 successfully implemented projects:

• on a chimney construction for the station of heat supply ST-1 of Kiev (within "The program for the rehabilitation and expansion of the centralized heat supply of Kiev" financed by World Bank);
• on construction under "key" of distribution substation for trade and office complex on Lunacharsky St., 4 Kiev).

2011

As of June, 2011:

• project implementation within "The program for the rehabilitation and expansion of the centralized heat supply of Kiev" financed by World Bank - on construction and putting into operation of the station of heat supply of Poznyaka (230 MW) to both reconstruction and technical retrofitting of the station of heat supply of ST-1 (500 MW) in Kiev comes to the end.
• works on project implementation of construction of substation for the apartment house on Astronaut Komarov St. Kiev) are conducted;
• works on project implementation of substation of 110 kV and engineering networks for providing with thermal and electrical energy the housing complex "City of the Sun" and adjacent residential districts of Kiev are conducted.
