The department of e-document flow of Namip Group started implementation of electronic document management in JSC Metcombank on the platform Directum.
Background
"When choosing an electronic document management system first of all we estimated qualification of the company integrator - their experience of implementation and the implemented projects. Also among the main selection terms were: quality of work of consultants for implementation, cost of operating costs of support, a possibility of development of a system after its implementation. After drawing up technical specifications our choice stopped on an electronic document management system of DIRECTUM" - the head of department of information technologies of Metcombank Vyacheslav Volozhanin tells.
Solution
For head office JSC Metcombank 50 licenses of the DIRECTUM system for basic modules and also add-on modules are purchased: Office, Management of meetings and Contract management.
Ways
At the first stage specialists of the e-document flow direction of Namip Group started inspection of the following processes:
- The entering and outgoing correspondence;
- Documentary ensuring preparation and holding meetings of collegiate organs of management;
- Processes of control of performing discipline, including processes of formation of instructions and control of their accomplishment;
- Management of internal regulating documents;
- Management of memos.
At the second stage it is going to implement electronic document management in regional network of bank.

Specialists of the e-document flow direction of Namip group completed system implementation of DIRECTUM in Metallurgical Commercial Bank open joint stock company (Metcombank).
At the first stage of project implementation the analysis of the IT infrastructure which is available for the customer was carried out and the main methodical, organizational and technical solutions on the basis of which the engineering design was developed are developed.
At the second stage engineers Namip started implementation and tincture of the solution, user training.
As a result of a successful completion of works about 50 employees of Metcombank had an opportunity of optimization of work with documents.
EDMS provides registration of the entering and outgoing correspondence, orders, orders and allows to control performing discipline. Process of approval of agreements is automated, at the same time the route of approval is set individually depending on specifics of the document. Further, the employees working out of office can work with a system far off.
