SmartSchool

The innovation hardware and software system SmartSchool is "School Intelligently".

It includes the electronic journal with authorization of users on access cards, web blogs of pupils, electronic booths in school and also the general integration of a system into the ACS and other specialized equipment.

Electronic journal

Distinctive feature of this electronic journal is its integration with a control and management system of access (ACS) that provides high degree of protection of data transmission. After equipment of teacher's computers proksimiti-readers, authorization of users in a system happens on individual access cards that guarantees authenticity and reliability of the mark given in the magazine.

For data security provision all information is stored on the internal (local) server of school which core is the MySQL database management system. All information is duplicated also on the external server on the Internet, and synchronization of databases happens poseansovo. Thanks to it, this electronic journal is approved by Department of Education and does not require a paper analog.

Web blog

Also electronic diary of the pupil which allows the school student and, first of all, his parents is provided in the SmartSchool system, having visited on the Internet the website of school and having authorized, to receive the following data: estimates, homeworks, analysis of progress, final estimates, schedule, load supervision and so forth. Also a system gives an opportunity to parents of pupils to enter into a correspondence to teachers and other staff of school (the psychologist, a medrabotknik, the physical head), members of parent committee and also parents of other pupils.

Electronic booths

For convenience studying as territories of school interactive electronic booths which allow to obtain quickly information on estimates, homeworks, the class timetable, declarations on school or a class, distribution of educational offices, existence of this or that book in library, etc. were set. All booths are connected with the internal server of school on TCP IP network therefore updating of information happens in real time.

Integration of the ACS

At the request of the customer also the tourniquets of production Gunnebo Italdis set at an input in school were integrated into the SmartSchool system. Thus, the notification of parents about the exact time of arrival and leaving of the child school became possible (information is available on the Internet and also notifications by the SMS).
