The expert center on work with educational institutions of 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) completed automation of accounting at Moscow Art Theatre School studio.
A system based on the programs "1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8", "1C: Payroll and budget institution staff 8", "BIT: Calculation of grants" provided solving of tasks of accounting, settlement and personnel departments, a warehouse.
As project deliverables the management of university notes increase in transparency of accounting, simplification of reporting and minimizing of errors in accounting.
The Moscow Art Theatre school studio opened at the Moscow Art Theatre in 1943. Now at School studio three faculties work: actor's, producer, faculty of scenography and theatrical technology. For more than 60 years of existence the Moscow Art Theatre School studio was graduated by more than three thousand people.
Before the project of complex automation there were effective objectives to increase transparency of accounting, to minimize paper work, to quickly obtain reliable data about financial results.
Based on the programs "1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8", "1C: Payroll and budget institution staff 8", "BIT: Calculation of grants" is automated accounting and calculations of university.
A system solves such problems as:
- accounting more than 24 thousand fixed assets (FA) and material stocks (MS);
- accounting of settlings with partners;
- settlings with students under agreements on paid training;
- operations on bank and cash desk;
- accounting of income from paid training;
- control of limits of budgetary funds;
- unloading of data in Federal Treasury;
- payroll calculation taking into account a large number of working schedules and the different stimulating employee benefits;
- accounting of an hourly pay of work of teachers;
- calculation of grants pupil;
- personnel records of employees;
- formation of the regulated reporting.
According to the results of automation the following results are received: Connection to the system of a warehouse significantly increased efficiency of an inventory control. Earlier the warehouse and accounting worked in different programs therefore responsible persons needed to duplicate information on acquisition and movement of OS and MZ from a warehouse. Now all work is conducted in "1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8", for the storekeeper the special interface in which are displaid only information necessary for it is created. Accounting of OS and MZ by performances is implemented that allowed to automate internal transfers and excluded a possibility of losses in a warehouse.
Operational reporting, completely conforming to requirements of the current legislation and also receiving exact cost information and income is provided.
Accounting of an hourly pay of work of teachers is automated. A system controls the number of the fulfilled hours that excluded cases of non-compliance with plans.
Personnel and settlement departments work in a single system that excluded need of repeated data entry of personnel documents. Time for operations on personnel records is several times reduced, necessary information on employees can be obtained in a few minutes, there was an opportunity to store the history of employee transfers.
Payroll calculation using setup of any calculation formulas, means of mass calculation and salary accrual, input validation is twice accelerated. The different working schedules which are used in university (replaceable, sliding, work on holidays, etc.) and also the stimulating payments and the raising coefficients are considered. Payroll calculation and grants is conducted according to specifics of university: the different raising coefficients to the salary, financing sources are considered.
