The MTS company announced project completion of system implementation of personnel management (HRM) on the Oracle E-Business Suite platform. In it account on more than 20 thousand employees of the operator will be kept.
In JSC Mobile TeleSystems (MTS) implementation of a complex of business applications of Oracle for personnel management (HRM) zavereshitsya. The new single corporate system on the basis of Oracle E-Business Suite allows to manage staff of all staff of MTS, said in the official statement of the operator. Was engaged in system implementation "Sitronics Information Technologies".
In the project progress were it is implemented the modules Oracle Human Resources for personnel records, Oracle Time Labor for a time recording and Oracle Payroll for payroll. Business processes of conducting personnel document flow, planning and a time recording, payroll were designed by experts of MTS. At the same time the task to minimize any manual transactions, to optimize all processes of personnel office-work and payroll was set.
The modules Oracle Human Resources are a part of the integrated ERP system of Oracle E-Bussines Suite intended for effective planning, accounting, control and the analysis of all main business processes of the enterprise.
At the first stage of the project the personnel management system covered all structural divisions of MTS in Moscow, and since January, 2011 was unrolled in all regional divisions of MTS.
Together with a project team of MTS test operation of a system was carried out, all business processes of maintaining time keeping and payroll are smoothly running, integration with other financial system modules of Oracle E-Bussines Suite is implemented (Creditors, Ledger). Besides, a project team Sitronics IT with direct participation of specialists of Blok of information technologies of MTS made converting of considerable volume of historical data from systems existing in MTS for integration into new functional modules.
Unification and business process optimization of settlings with individuals in scales of the company became one of main objectives of the project. As a result of implementation of a complex of solutions of Oracle it was succeeded to achieve cost reduction on payroll, to reduce the number of manual transactions, to reduce an error probability of accounting and time on their elimination, and also to minimize risk of failures of a system of different character, said in release.
Conducting settlings with employees, salary accrual or bonus payments is that sphere of activity where errors and delays cannot be, the director of the department of support of finance and controlling of MTS Alexey Dvoretskikh noted. "We managed to reach the most complete use of functional and integration opportunities of Oracle E-Bussines Suite and to increase return from earlier made investments into this system", - he added.
At the moment MTS has one of the most full-function time keeping systems and settlings with individuals constructed using business applications of Oracle in the territory of the CIS. MTS also uses DBMS Oracle Database 11g, a system Oracle Fusion Middleware, a CPM system Oracle Hyperion Planning Oracle Siebel CRM.
As specified TAdviser in the press service Sitronics IT, number of the licenses installed within the last project and also its budget - does not reveal. Representatives of integrator noted only that fact that in a new personnel management system account absolutely of the staff of operator in all regions of presence is kept.
