"The national Leasing Company" implemented at itself an implementation project of automation of regulated accounting

"The national Leasing Company" completed automation of regulated accounting based on the Accounting of the Leasing Company software product from Homnet Leasing.

Business development of "the National Leasing Company" led to growth of the portfolio of agreements and considerably increased load of accountant officers. A modern system was necessary for the company for automation of regulated accounting. Heads of the organization made a choice for benefit of the Accounting of the Leasing Company software product developed by specialists Homnet Leasing. The standard configuration completely corresponded to requirements of the company and did not require completions that allowed to implement an implementation project by own forces.

Implementation

During the project of automation by specialists of "the National Leasing Company" installation of the software product was executed, data transfer from "1C: Accounting 7.7" and Excel in a new information system is performed. In February, 2011 transition of "the National Leasing Company" to a new information system without parallel accounting in old was performed.

Opinion

According to the CEO of "the National Leasing Company" Gennady Belousov, thanks to automation project implementation the company could refuse a set of systems. Now all data are consolidated in a common information space. The Accounting of the Leasing Company software product allows to process more than two thousand agreements of leasing, without excess time expenditure. As result, accounting records for the first quarter 2011 were quickly handed over.

At the moment the solution "Accounting of the Leasing Company" is put into commercial operation. On the next stages of development of an information system in "the National Leasing Company" automation of management accounting based on the solution "Homnet Leasing 8" is planned.
