The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) completed product introduction "BIT: Management of car service 8" in the Novosibirsk car center Phaeton.

At the Beginning

Before implementation of the industry software product "BIT: Management of car service 8" account was kept in spreadsheets, in the company there were difficulties with work planning and implementation of the motivational scheme developed by the management for personnel. To cope with the facing difficulties and also to accelerate customer service due to automatic formation of documents and fast planning of loading of contractors, the decision on need of automation was made.

For solving of tasks of car center the program "BIT was selected : Management of car service 8" in which implementation specialists of 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) – the developer of the industry software product were engaged. Specialists of the company set the software, configured exchange with the standard program of 1C, is going to provide user training.

Result

The implemented software solution gave the chance to accelerate payroll calculation of contractors, to lower time expenditure on formation of delivery notes for clients and filling of the document "order", to automate process of selection of spare parts.

As a result of implementation of the program "BIT: Management of car service 8" it was succeeded to achieve the following results:

  • The term of payroll calculation of contractors from several days to one day decreased, and there was an opportunity to calculate it by three methods: on the amount of the performed works taking into account tariffing, on the closed normo-hours and on the actual time;
  • Works monitoring at all stages is simplified;
  • Control over an expense and selection of spare parts is automated;
  • Time of formation of delivery notes for clients and filling of the document "order" was cut by half;
  • The system of calculation of discounts for works and spare parts with a possibility of a task of flexible and various conditions for discounts is implemented.
