The corporate content management system is implemented into JSC ElektroSvyaz

In JSC ElektroSvyaz company system implementation of corporate content management (ESM) of eDocLib is performed. The project is implemented by Bevoleks company.

Implementation

For installation at the customer the basic version of the edoclibna system of 20 jobs was selected. The project implementation purpose – automation of internal document flow of the company of the customer. The task of the organization of control of execution of instructions was the most important. During implementation such functions as were automated: registration of the entering (outgoing) documents, joint work over documents, registration of complaints of clients and their working off, office-work, execution and control of instructions.

All project works, including first-priority consultations on the choice of a system, purchase, implementation and training were made by specialists of "Bevoleks".
