The RITs company completed an implementation project of an information system "1C: Pharmproizvodstvo" in "The Irbit chemical and pharmaceutical plant".

Start

The program of complex automation of the enterprise was adopted by company management in the summer of 2010. The purpose of these actions is transfer of work of staff of all divisions to the unified information system, achievement of transparency of business processes, increase in market value of business. The vista shot of automation consists of several stages, automation of functions of an inventory control of raw materials and materials and also processes of management of purchases in department of logistics is first of which.

Solution

During the period from July to November, 2010 the stage on automation of OMTS and a warehouse was successfully executed. Works on implementation of an information system "1C: Pharmproizvodstvo" were executed by forces of specialists of the enterprise and also a project team of RITs company.

Entered problems of the first stage "Control Automation by Purchases and Reserves of Materials":

  • Maintaining reference book of the nomenclature;
  • Maintaining reference book of partners;
  • Maintaining agreements with suppliers;
  • Formation of supplier orders;
  • Accounting of intake of materials and raw materials from suppliers;
  • Registration and control of existence of the received invoices;
  • Design of returns of Inventories to suppliers;
  • Information analysis on purchases;
  • Reflection of results of incoming inspection of quality of raw materials and materials;
  • Installation of limits on a raw materials holiday in shop warehouses;
  • Execution of the request for transfer of materials to workshops;
  • Transfer of materials to workshops and control of exceeding of limits;
  • Inventory of raw materials and materials;
  • Information analysis on the movement and availability of warehouse stocks;
  • Accounting of supplier payments;
  • Management of settlement with suppliers;
  • Work with currency, conventional units, calculation of exchange differences.

As a result of implementation of this stage of automation the following objectives are achieved:

1) Work of employees of a warehouse and OMTS became more interconnected as supply managers can see in a foreground mode in a system a status of warehouse stocks of raw materials and materials now, and employees of a warehouse can see the supplier orders (expected receipt);

2) Procurement experts create of supplier orders of the request for a funds expenditure that is a basis for formation of the payment schedule in finance division;

3) In general employees of material warehouses, OMTS, accounting and finance division had a tool giving more than opportunities, including for decrease in routine operations and operational information analysis.

Along with execution of works on control automation by purchases and stocks, works on the stage "Control Automation by Personnel and Payroll" which is the second stage in general strategy of automation of the company began.

In the field of personnel records and payroll at the enterprise there are certain problems. So, for example, personnel records are kept manually, the salary is calculated in the obsolete software product developed based on FoxPro, the sheet in workshops are filled on paper forms. There is a double entry of data, a number of the reporting is prepared by a manual method, reflection of changes in the legislation in the current software product is expensive process.

The stage purpose on automation of personnel records and payroll is elimination of these problems by implementation of the modern information management system by the enterprise "1C: Pharmproizvodstvo". This software product is created based on the flagman ERP solution of 1C Company – "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management" (management of manufacturing plants). Software products from 1C Company are supported in a foreground mode, considering changes of the Russian legislation on payroll and personnel records.

Besides, system "1C: Pharmproizvodstvo" has modules not only on automation of personnel records, but also on personnel management process automation, such as: requirements planning in personnel, work with base of candidates and the organization of personnel recruitment, planning and carrying out training and personel assessment, questioning of employees, efficiency analysis of work of HR department.

The following functions are at the moment automated: Accounting; Tax accounting; Payroll calculation; Personnel management; Cash management; Budgeting, financial planning; Financial analysis; Managerial and financial accounting; Production management; Products cost accounting; Order management of buyers; Purchase management; Inventory management; Sales management.

As a result of project implementation of automation the following objectives were achieved:

  • Modules warehouse and accounting, developed based on FoxPro, were substituted with functionality "1C: Pharmproizvodstvo";
  • The department of supply, sales department, production workshops which were earlier using Excel in the work began to work in a uniform ERP system;
  • Work of staff of the enterprise became more interconnected as managers can see in a foreground mode in a system inventory condition in warehouses and in work in progress, a status of settlement with partners now;
  • In general the staff of the enterprise had a tool giving more than opportunities, including for decrease in routine operations and operational information analysis.
