Content

The Iskra-Pro company completed implementation of systems 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 and 1C: Motor Vehicle Management 8 Ltd company "Enterprise of the Motor Transport and Mechanisms".

At the Beginning

For the solution of production tasks at the enterprise started implementation of the unified information system. A choice was made for benefit of a technology platform "1C:Enterprise 8" and application solutions "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" and "1supravleniye motor transport 8" as their functionality and opportunities allowed to solve assigned tasks with the minimum completions in the shortest possible time.

Solution

Implementation took 6 months. Data transfer was during this time executed of the previous accounting system, individual training of employees is provided. In total 70 jobs in the following divisions were automated:

  • department of logistics;
  • department of logistics;
  • department of work and salary;
  • technical inspection department;
  • technological department;
  • economical department;
  • mechanical repair shop;

and also in accounting and personnel department.

Result

The end-to-end system of enterprise management which allowed the management of the enterprise to solve a number of key problems, among which cost optimization on transportations and increase in profitability of the rendered services is as a result created. The single system provides functioning of 70 automated jobs.

Following features are implemented:

  • In the program series-based accounting of buses, accounting of spare parts on each machine is adjusted, the expense accounting on repair is kept, depreciation is charged. It allowed to consider each machine according to cost items, to calculate its profitability in terms of ruble of the gained income;
  • Approval of requests for vehicles and formation of waybills is automated. Accurate scheduling allowed to lift development. For the first 4 months of work in a new ERP system by vehicle fleet of the company more than planned is fulfilled on 48 thousand machine-hours;
  • The possibility of order taking for transport services via the website allowed to increase the volume of these services and to raise a customer loyalty. Managers PATIM can control in real time now accomplishment of requests and quickly inform customers on a status of requests.
  • The labor input of payroll of drivers is reduced. All data on working time and surcharges are reflected in the sheet which automatically forms for the subsequent payroll calculation. The mechanism of charge is transparent and detailed to the specific waybill. Thanks to it delays in salary payment are excluded that positively affected loyalty of drivers – "routine" of the personnel became less.
  • The unified information system allowed to make business processes by more transparent for the management, to conduct exact planning of business, to avoid overloads or idle times and, therefore, financial losses.

At the moment implementation is complete, the stage of industrial start is successfully passed.
