In city administration Grozny is implemented EDMS

In city administration Grozny system implementation of electronic document management (EDMS) Euphrates began. For project implementation at Cognitive Technologies the license for simultaneous operation of 50 users and the Fast Start configuration is purchased.

Results

Now the mayor's office of Grozny operates the Euphrates system in the test mode: debugging of a configuration comes to an end, unaccounted flows of documents come to light and also training of future users is provided.

Expectations

It is planned that after input of EDMS in commercial operation with its help all document flow of the mayor's office, including processes of accounting, the movement, processing and storage of the entering, outgoing and internal documents will be automated. It will allow to systematize document flow and information flows of the mayor's office of Grozny, to reduce number of the routine transactions executed by her employees and also to provide continuous control of execution of solutions and resolutions of the mayor, noted in Cognitive Technologies.

Thanks to the built-in tools and the Fast Start configuration containing a set of the standard elements used in document flow of most the organizations implementation EDMS "Euphrates" it is performed without involvement of specialists of developer company.
