Content

"Antegra consulting" automated a trading activity in VM-Kiosk company. The platform of automation is "1C: Trade Management 8".

Background

Optimization of a trading activity printed materials was required for VM-Kiosk company, namely: process of distribution of goods by booths, formation of accompanying documents, analysis of sales. At the same time fall forward and conveniences of work in a system became the mandatory requirement. Before the company used the accounting system not of the 1C family which was difficult to be supported, it slowly worked and not completely satisfied the Customer with the functionality.

Implementation

Specialists of Antegra consulting company conducted examination of the existing system, then selected the standard solution based on "1C:Enterprise 8" on the basis of which it is possible to solve the tasks set by the company optimum.

Within the project process of distribution of goods by booths, formations of accompanying documents and the analysis of sales based on the 1C: Trade Management 8 software product is optimized.

Details

In addition to the analysis of functionality of the available system, specialists of "Antegra consulting" implemented and finished the standard configuration "1C: Trade Management 8", developed instruments of data transfer in a new system, transferred data and put a system into operation.

Also in the course of implementation the unique mechanism of storage and adjustment of data on distribution of goods by retail outlets and the mechanism of the subsequent formation of delivery notes on the basis of data on distribution is created.

Result

As a result, the project based on "1C: Trade Management 8" automates the following processes:

  • Goods receipt on the central warehouse.

  • Maintaining data on the operating distribution of goods by retail outlets.

  • Distribution of goods by network of retail outlets.

  • Registration of sales in not automated retail outlets.

  • Collecting on the central warehouse of not sold out goods at which life term expired.

  • Return of unrealized goods to the supplier.

  • The analysis and correction of the acting distribution on the basis of data on sales.
