The alliance of AiR Union airlines began productive operation of the CRM system of Oracle Siebel.

With implementation of the CRM block in the company creation of the integrated information TAIS Airline Solution complex which included also the TAIS CRS systems ("Siren-2.3"), TAIS DCS (Regina) and a revenue management system of O&D ProfitLine/Yield (Lufthanza Systems) is almost finished.

In airline calculate that application of the CRM system will allow to pass from normal schemes of encouragement of often flying passengers (Frequent Flyer Passenger) to deeper studying of the customer base and to develop effective the loyalty program for attraction and deduction of the passengers, most profitable to the company.

To each passenger upon completion of flight certain points are charged. Now this information will be available in all systems - during the armoring and acquisition of tickets, registration at the airport, the appeal to call center of airline and also to the passenger via the website of airline. Thanks to such system use of different encouragement will become possible directly at the time of service of the passenger on the basis of his own wish or at the initiative of the agent servicing it that, according to the company, will allow to increase in general the culture of service and attractiveness of airline in the opinion of regular customers.
