The PF "HUNG" expands an electronic document management system

The HUNG PF construction company expands an electronic document management system based on EOS for SharePoint. The partner in the project EOS Group company.

Goal

In the "VIS" product company the project on creation of an electronic document management system using new development of Electronic Office Systems company, Enterprise Office Solution for SharePoint (EOS for SharePoint) proceeds. Expansion of a system on 20 jobs became the next stage of the project.

EOS for SharePoint gives full-function opportunities for automation of key business processes of the enterprise:

• card files of documents

• reference books

• approval of documents

• control of execution of instructions

• access separation

• reports on document flow

• workplace of the user

• line scanning

• electronic digital signature and enciphering

After successful implementation and use of the EOS for SharePoint system the customer made the decision on accumulation of quantity of jobs for needs of the enterprise. Total number of the jobs connected to the database exceeded 200. Delivery of licenses of the EOS for SharePoint system is performed by EOS Group company.
