The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) automated accounting and control of financial activities of Teploservice company and also helped to conduct quickly settlement with tenants and supply agencies of services by means of the specialized solution "BIT:housing and public utilities 8".

Teploservice company works in the field of housing and communal services. Earlier calculation of services, privileges and a penalty fee for tenants was conducted manually therefore because of the large volume of information there were errors.

"BIT:housing and public utilities 8" influenced the choice of the program the functionality providing operational accounting of conducting settlings with tenants and supply agencies of services.
