The Scientific Research Institute of Economics of the Ministry of Economics of Republic of Belarus selected EDMS

In GNU "Scientific Research Institute of Economics of the Ministry of Economics of Republic of Belarus" the electronic document management system "BUSINESS" – development of Electronic Office Systems (EOS) company is implemented. Delivery and implementation were performed by the partner of EOS Group – Elektronnoye DELO LLC company, Republic of Belarus.

Based on EDMS "DELO" work of office was automated. Using a system electronic accounting of the entering and outgoing correspondence, citizens' appeals and internal documents was organized and also effective control of execution of documents is provided. Using the CASE system exchange of documents via e-mail between the Scientific Research Institute of Economics and the Ministry of Economics of Republic of Belarus is adjusted. Also users of a system had an opportunity to create the internal register of document transfer under painting. Formation of registers of external sending documents and an overprint of envelopes is automated.

System implementation was preceded by inspection of record keeping in the organization then the necessary software was set and configured. During system implementation user training was provided. Now the customer started commercial operation of a system.
