The 1C: Accounting and Trade company announced (BIT) in July, 2011 an exit of a new product "BIT: Management of commercial service", created based on "1C: Trade Management" of edition 11. The solution helps to optimize customer relations, to increase efficiency of sales department.

Purchase of one program will provide access to work in it to an unlimited number of users. A common information space of CRM and the accounting module helps to create the solution, there is an opportunity to work through terminal access. In a product instruments of control of operational activity are implemented: KPI of managers, sales plans and activities on a funnel, execution of instructions, are an opportunity to estimate competences of sellers and to connect competences with personal results. The software allows to master quickly it thanks to the interface, convenient and clear for all users.


The program solves problems:

  • Maintaining base of clients, partners and contact persons;
  • Contact management (meetings, calls, letters);
  • Segmentation of clients and products (ABC and XYZ classification, segmentation by any indicators, creation of BCG of a matrix);
  • Sales management (analysis, sales planning and control of execution of plans, maintaining transactions, calculation of a funnel of sales, pricing and management of discounts, work with claims);
  • Management of marketing (maintaining and the analysis of advertizing campaigns, work with the potential of clients, are an opportunity to create communication with the website, creation and control of a product and client matrix, automation of mailings by e-mail, maintaining base of competitors, registration and price analysis of competitors);
  • Personnel management (work with instructions, assessment of competences of sales personnel, the analysis of communications of competences and personal results of work, management on KPI, the analysis of load and activity of employees);

For other solutions (for example, small business management) is not issued and it is not planned
