NPA Vira Realtime automates operational accounting

The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) completed system implementation "1C: Management of Manufacturing Enterprise" in NPA Vira Realtime LLC.

At the Beginning

Earlier for conducting inventory accounting at the enterprise used spreadsheets. Operational accounting was kept in automated information system. Data exchange with a warehouse was absent therefore it was impossible to receive correct data on existence of component parts. Search of the necessary parts took considerable time. The possibility of reservation of parts under the order was absent. For this reason there could be a situation when the parts intended for a certain order could be used under other project. Also there was no instrument of control of ages of payables of the enterprise. It led to unpaid amount of orders for component parts, there were delays with receipts of materials from permanent suppliers. Problems with component parts led to idle times in production, there was a risk to break terms of accomplishment of customer orders.

As a result the company management made the decision on implementation of the modern automation system of operational accounting and management.

Tasks

• adjust an inventory control by storage locations with detailing by names;
• provide accounting of the expiring terms of "bill payable";
• adjust schedule system and accounting of component parts by each order.

Project

For the purpose of selection and software implementation the management of the enterprise addressed to 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT). For project implementation the software product " is selected by 1C: Management of Manufacturing Enterprise". The standard functionality of an information system allows to solve the problems stated above.

Solution

In a work progress specialists of 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) automated 28 jobs.

Project Result:

• inventory control is kept not only by storage locations, but also on each nomenclature position. Application of a system of barcoding helped to accelerate twice search of necessary component parts in warehouses;
• the settlement department of the enterprise can analyze a current status of accounts payable for partners. Payment of supplier orders happens timely that allows to receive component parts quickly;
• automation of an inventory control gave the chance to reserve parts under the order. It allows to provide production with necessary resources uninterruptedly.

Result

Thanks to implementation of a modern information system production works without stops, customers timely receive the systems of dispatching control. On average the speed of execution of orders increased by 30%.
