The Asteros Consulting company completed transfer of accounting and tax accounting of the organizations to Avtospetscentre Group to the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management platform.
Background
By 2010 24 organizations were a part of customer company. Each company conducted accounting and tax accounting independently in the systems of different versions. Distinctions of the applied accounting policies significantly complicated the analysis of accounting records of the enterprises of Avtospetscentre Group. The lack of the single accounting system was a serious obstacle in the long term to automate traffic control of money. Transfer of the organizations of group on the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management platform began fall of 2010. The Asteros Consulting company acted as the contractor of the project.
Solution
Together with customer representatives experts of Asteros Consulting developed uniform methodology of accounting in the companies of group. Each enterprise had the requirements connected with specifics of activity of the specific directions. Their everything needed to be taken into account.
Implementation
Consultants prepared for transfer in a new system more than 20 databases, created the centralized control system of the normative reference information. Accountants of Avtospetscentre carried out careful reconciliation more than 40 thousand positions of reference books and eliminated duplicates.
Implementation in Avtospetscentr of the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management platform and transfer of accounting information in uniform working base became the next step. In addition to standard profiles consultants created about 30 sets of access rights on the basis of the role model developed by the customer. Solution integration with business applications of the client was carried out by an IT command of Avtospetscentre Group.
Result
Within technology system maintenance consultants of Asteros Consulting provided required performance level and reliability of the implemented solution. For example, system configuration was configured so that group document posting did not break its full-time job.
