The TEKORA company represents a corporate system of electronic document management on the SAP platform.
Implementation of a corporate system of electronic document management allows to arrange the existing document flow in the company, to bring it into accord with requirements of a management system with simultaneous cutting of costs for its maintaining.
The main functionality of EDMS on the SAP platform
- Document registration – input functions and editing details, assignments of registration number of the document, printing of a registration card;
- Work with electronic document files:
- creation of files, including on the basis of templates;
- a binding of the existing files;
- the automated input of documents from paper carriers (stream and individual scanning of paper documents);
- viewing / editing files;
- Approval of draft documents – functions of preparation and sending draft documents on route, approvals and the approvals of draft documents;
