Implementation of software 1C: Accounting of construction organization 8 in Sistemy tekhnicheskoy bezopasnosti LLC

Accounting and tax accounting are automated in Systems of Technical Security construction company thanks to work of employees of "1C:VDGB" on implementation of the complete solution for the enterprises of the construction industry — 1C: Accounting of construction organization 8 of the accounting of all participants of construction process (investors, customers and contractors) intended for automation.

The company management of "STB" stopped the choice on the 1C: Accounting program of construction organization 8 as this configuration integrates in itself all functionality of programs predecessors 1C: Contractor of construction 2.3 and 1S: The customer of construction 1.0 and also has the distinctive features:

• Existence of the mechanism of implementation of the investment project on construction of the facility at the expense of own, borrowed funds or share money of investors;
• Existence of the mechanism of the organization of shared-equity construction with involvement of the specialized customer; without involvement of the specialized customer, independently performing his functions; without involvement of the third parties, independently performing functions of the customer and general contractor;
• Accounting of long-term investments, as on actual expenses, and accounting of the made capital investments at contractual cost;
• Transfer of works upon termination of construction;
• Agreement settlements of a concession of a right to claim.

The 1C: Accounting software product of the construction organization allowed the customer of STB LLC to automate with high efficiency work of the following sections of accounting at the enterprise:

• Operational accounting of capital construction of objects at the investor, the customer, the contractor;
• Interaction of the investor and specialized customer;
• Interaction of the general contractor and subcontractors;
• Involvement of co-investors and borrowed funds;
• Operational accounting of the additional costs arising when conducting construction (encumbrance).

As a result of works on implementation of 1C specialists of 1C:VDGB company carried out free demonstration of the 1C: Accounting program of the construction organization, installation and elementary education of staff of STB company to work with it. The configuration is implemented without significant changes. Now information and technology maintenance of the client is performed.
