"Kam's STC" (Tatneft) implemented EDMS Case

In Kama Scientific and Technological Center LLC ("Kam's STC") entering a petrochemical complex of JSC Tatneft the project on system implementation of electronic document management "CASE" (development of EOS Group company) is complete. All project works are performed by the partner of Electronic Office Systems company – Tatintek (Republic of Tatarstan).

Tatintec LLC of Tatintek group in April, 2011 completed the project on system implementation "MATTER" of version 8.9.9 in Kam's STC LLC. During the project 15 client places in all divisions of the enterprise were set. It is performed connected to the general database of management company and other enterprises of JSC Tatneft. It allowed to automate document flow of the enterprise, to provide control over execution of instructions, to accelerate exchange of documents between divisions of Kam's STC LLC and other enterprises of JSC Tatneft group. At users standard jobs the CASE systems from which registration of the entering and outgoing documents, transfer of registration cards, input of instructions and reports on execution of instructions is performed are installed.
