Infromsvyaz increases security of MTP "Primorsk"

The Infromsvyaz system integrator upgrades security systems of the largest seaport "Primorsk". Reconstruction will allow to expand significantly the nomenclature and functionality of the available systems, having created more modern, effective and steady protection of an object.

The sea Primorsk terminal is the largest transport and technology multifunction port complex in the Northwest of Russia and in Europe. The terminal is a terminal point of the trunk "Kstovo — Yaroslavl — Kirishi — Primorsk". The pipeline system, unique on scale and the importance, serves for export of light oil products to the countries of Western and Northern Europe. Capacity of transfer of oil products makes 8.4 million tons per year.

Fail-safety, environmental friendliness and security - the principles which are steadily observed at construction new, and at operation of the operating objects of Primorsk. Now reconstruction of security systems is conducted three platforms: "Oil depot", Treatment facilities, "A mooring zone" (port constructions), each of which represents a complex of subjects to production and auxiliary appointment.

On these sections specialists of Infromsvyaz company create 3 independent segments of video monitoring of outline borders of perimeter of objects and a number of constructions in territories. The video surveillance system is implemented on the equipment of Panasonic allowing to receive the video image of HD quality both when viewing in real time, and in the mode of archive. On the most difficult sections of the terminal the system of security lighting with a possibility of automatic switch-on which will allow to support the necessary level of visibility for the round-the-clock control of a surrounding situation is created.

The regulated access to secure facilities of MTP "Primorsk" and also transfer of disturbing messages in case of violation of the mode by strangers, is implemented through a control and management system for access (ACS) and the Securiton alarm system (AS).

The specifics of functioning of an object impose high requirements to optimization technology and business processes and also to providing pozharo-and explosion safety. For these purposes specialists of Infromsvyaz significantly expanded functionality of the management system implemented based on SCADA-системы Nexa Monitoring. So, for example, in case of operation of alarm, the manager will be able to receive on the monitor the image from the camera, next to the scene, to estimate a picture of the taking place events and to take necessary measures according to the available access level to a system. Besides, in case of different emergency situations in especially secure facilities the possibility of manual giving of a signal using disturbing buttons is provided.

Integration of a complex of security systems into other life support systems is reached at the hardware-software level using the existing software of Sphinx of production Securiton and also products developed by Infromsvyaz company.

Upgrade of security systems happens systematically to development of the territory of this object. Earlier the Infromsvyaz company took part in creation of infrastructure of the Sea Primorsk terminal, having executed a full range of works on creation over 20 engineering and IT systems under uniform dispatching command center.
