The first stage of automation of economical department of JSC 9 TsARZ

Partners of BEST Company – the team of specialists of Non-State Educational Institution UTs "Master class" (Engels of the Saratov region) – completed the first stage of system implementation of enterprise management of BEST-5 in economical department of JSC 9 Centralny avtomobilny remontny zavod (JSC 9 TsARZ). As a result, the implementation collective headed by A.V. Gorodetsky integrated activity of economical service into a common information space of the plant.

JSC 9 TsARZ founded in 1942 is one of leading enterprises of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation. The enterprise performs service and major repair of automotive and traveling railway equipment, units and engines. It locates powerful production base and personnel of high qualification. JSC 9 TsARZ is one of longtime users of software products of a series BEST. The history of cooperation of JSC TsARZ and Non-State Educational Institution UTs "Master class" originates since 2001 – from the moment of implementation of a software package of BEST-4+. In 2005 the enterprise passed to the system of BEST-5. Now the system of BEST-5 is operated in 28 workplaces. The accounting of economic activity of JSC 9 TsARZ is carried out using the applications "Ledger", "Money", "Maintaining Agreements", "Settlings with Employees", "Property", "Raw materials. Materials", "Goods. Products", "Purchases. Suppliers", "Sales. Clients", "Book of purchases sales", Motor transport, Time keeping, Personnel, Salary.

In August, 2010 the management of JSC 9 TsARZ delivered a problem of inclusion of activity of economical department in the general automation system of accounting and management before staff of Non-State Educational Institution UTs "Master class". For this period the staff of Non-State Educational Institution UTs "Master class" did huge work on studying, the analysis and systematization of document flow of economical department of this enterprise. As a result of this work the model and algorithms of system implementation of BEST-5 in economical department were created.

In June, 2011 the cycle of works on creation and debugging of the additional specialized chart of accounts, algorithms of group transactions and development of accounting schemes for input, calculation and storage of planned targets was complete. Development of a report form "The planned and actual calculation for the period", being of special importance for economical department became a final accord of the project. This form allows the management and economic services of the plant to control promptly deviations of actual cost from planned targets, to see profitability of production – and on the enterprise in general, and by separate types of productive activity, and according to any production order. It is in the long term going to automate process of receiving planned targets of different divisions of the enterprise for formation of the financial plan for the reporting period.
