GIAS KSO of the Russian Federation (KPS PKOD, Complex)

The Softprom company completes development of a complex of planning and control of primary activity within GIAS KSO. Development of a complex was made on the basis of the technical requirements determined by Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation.

The complex of planning and control of primary activity was developed within the State information and analytical system of Control and calculating bodies of the Russian Federation (GIAS KSO). Development of a complex was made on the basis of the technical requirements determined by Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation.

Full name of a program product – the Complex of software tools of planning and control of primary activity.

Short name of a program product – KPS PKOD, Complex.

Scope: for automation of primary activity of the staff of bodies of external financial control formed by legislative (representative) bodies of territorial subjects of the Russian Federation and municipal entities (further – control and calculating bodies, KSO).

The complex of software tools of planning and control of primary activity is intended for automation of primary activity of control and calculating bodies of the Russian Federation regarding planning, holding control actions and the analysis of their results.

KPS PKOD provides unloading of data (built-in function) on control actions in KPS the Data warehouse of GIAS KSO placed on a complex of the automation equipment (further – KSA) federal level. The complex of software tools of planning and control of primary activity is set at the regional level of GIAS KSO in twenty eight control and calculating bodies of the Russian Federation.

KPS PKOD is the client-server application and is executed in two options:

• in two-unit architecture (the complete version of KPS PKOD with "thick client",
• in three-unit architecture (web version of KPS PKOD, "thin client").

KPS PKOD of the complete version consists of the working modules connected among themselves: administration module, module of working forms, settlement and analytical module.

The module of working forms is intended for providing holding control actions to users of accounting forms. Creation of the work plan of control and calculating body, data on results of work on control actions, determination of the working group, calculation of the budget of holding an action, maintaining the network diagram of holding control actions, accounting of the revealed violations concerns them.

The settlement and analytical module is intended for database maintenance ekspertno – analytical actions, creation and database maintenance of the formalized final documents, maintaining reference books, information search in the specified details. Working forms of the settlement and analytical module are under construction on multidimensional cubes.

The module administration is intended for installation of the rights and access control of users to objects of a system, carrying out monitoring of work of users in a system, creation and editing reference books, maintaining qualifiers.

The module of working forms is executed on the UPE software product, in operation of the settlement and analytical module the PlanDesigner software product is used. Module forms administration assume sharing of the UPE and PlanDesigner platforms.
